Brantford FUN Guide Survey
In an ongoing effort to continuously improve how you hear about City of Brantford recreational opportunities, your feedback is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to tell us what you think through the letstalkbrantford.ca/RecSurvey. Thank you in advance for taking the time to get involved.
After completing the survey, participants who provide their contact information will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $50 Brantford Recreation Gift Card.
The contests closes on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be randomly selected and contacted by the email or phone number provided. The prize must be claimed with photo identification at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre located at 254 North Park Street.

Important registration dates
- Registration for Spring and Summer programs (excluding summer swim lessons and day camps) begins at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026.
- Registration for Summer Day Camps begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
- Registration for Summer Swim Lessons begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

'Sign in' to register for programs online or 'Create an Account' if it's your first time registering at www.Brantford.ca/ACTIVEnet. If you need help or have any questions, give us a call at 519-759-4150 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Parks
