It's a great setting for your outdoor photographs or wedding ceremony with our charming grounds and front verandah. We also have indoor spaces for your next special event or meeting.

Rental Hours

You can rent space from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Rentals and rates

We have many spaces available for rent. Please note that you will need Liability insurance.

Grounds and homestead verandah (available May to October)

Photographs: $105.00

Wedding ceremonies: $375.00

Includes:

Use of our public washrooms

A damage deposit of $525.00 is required and will be refunded after the event as long as there are no damages.

Theatre (available year-round)

$240.00 includes:

Air conditioned space for 25 people
Use of our public washrooms
Tables and chairs

A damage deposit of $260.00 is required and will be refunded after the event as long as there are no damages.

Café (available year-round)

$325.00 includes:

Two dining rooms accommodating 28 and 10 people
Use of our kitchen with sink, stove, and refrigerator and microwave
Tables and chairs
Use of our public washrooms

A damage deposit of $260.00 is required and will be refunded after the event as long as there are no damages.

Carriage house (available May to October)

$160.00 includes:

Rustic space for 40 people
Tables and chairs
Use of our public washrooms
