Parent and Child Programs
Parent and child programs are designed for parents or caregivers to stay in shape, meet others and bond with their little ones.
Registration for spring and summer programs begins at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026 at www.Brantford.ca/ACTIVEnet.
| Prenatal Yoga (ages 16 and over) |

Location: Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, 254 North Park Street This class is open to all experience levels and is a great way to meet others and stay in shape while preparing you for the demands of birth and motherhood. A certified prenatal instructor teaches this class.

| Parent and Child Strollerfit (babies 2 to 18 months) |

Location: Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, 254 North Park Street This class isn’t like a walk in the park! Designed to accommodate all fitness levels, it includes cardio, muscle strengthening and core work. This program brings together those who love working out! Please register the adult for the program, not the child.

| Parent and Child Yoga (babies 2 to 12 months) |

Location: Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, 254 North Park Street Strengthen your core, improve your balance, boost your confidence, and relax through yoga poses with your baby. Yoga mats and props will be provided, or you can bring your own. Bring your baby carrier to each class. Please register the adult for the program, not the child.

| Parent and Child Pool Fitness (babies 4 to 18 months) |

Location: Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, 254 North Park Street Have fun and stay active with your baby. Build your strength and cardio and enjoy moving to the upbeat music. As a bonus, this class is a great way to get your baby used to the water! This class is a 30-minute workout in the pool, followed by 15-minutes in the Warm Water Pool so you can relax and get to know others and their babies. Please register the adult for the program, not the child. There is no program on May 18 or August 3, 2026.
