Zoning by-law amendment application PZ-01-26 proposes City-initiated amendments to Zoning By-law 124-2024 to correct errors and omissions, and to update various zoning regulations. The Planning Department, in consultation with internal departments, has identified general housekeeping items and additional provisions that need further clarification and updating.

The new CIP will outline program scope, applicant requirements, eligible costs, and grant payment terms.
