Chapter number: 556
Description: Regulates public nuisance activities in public places, including loitering, impeding pedestrian passage, littering, graffiti, disorderly conduct, fighting, public intoxication, unsafe disposal of needles and syringes, feeding wildlife that causes property damage, and damage to public property.
