Construction Updates

Construction for the Brantford Sports and Entertainment Centre has begun. Groundbreaking took place on February 23, and job trailers were set up on site on March 13. Early construction activity has focused on site mobilization and preparation, including stormwater work, ground improvement and bringing the subgrade up to support the next stages of construction.

Over the next few months, residents can expect continued stormwater and ground improvement work, followed by foundations and underground refrigeration work beginning in May and June.
