Rentals
We have an arena and auditorium available for rent. There is no smoking permitted in the facility.
Arena rental
Our fully accessible arena is available for rent year round with the following amenities:
- 190 ft by 85 ft arena
- Eight dressing rooms
- Capacity of 2,952 people
- Free parking
- Liquor licensed
Arena rental rates
Day ice is can be booked for 10 or less skaters for ice times prior to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Email arenabookings@brantford.ca for availability.

Non-prime time hours
- Weekday non-prime time rates are in effect Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Weekend non-prime time rates are in effect Saturday and Sunday from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Prime time hours
- Prime time ice is available Monday to Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
How to book arena/floor
To book the arena/floor please fill out the Arena Application.
Please note that this application is a request only and does not guarantee a permit will be issued or availability. You must complete one application per tournament.
All cancellations of ice or floor rentals must be provided in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the rental date. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to the full rental fees.

Auditorium rental
We have a theatre style auditorium available for rent. It has a permanent liquor license. We run the bar. You cannot bring your own alcohol. For more information view the Municipal Alcohol Policy. It has the following amenities:
- 75 ft x 45 ft auditorium
- 26 ft x 22 ft stage
- Air conditioned
- Auditorium banquet seating capacity: 267
- Auditorium theatre style seating capacity: 200
- Kitchen
- Liquor licensed
Auditorium rental rates
It costs $40.00 per hour for a minimum of two hours for non-alcohol events and a minimum of nine hours for an alcohol event. Please email us to book the auditorium.

Booking special events
Special events must be booked ahead of time. Please email us for any bookings. The cost is $2936.56 for the entire day. There are extra fees for set-up and a damage deposit is required. You will have access to the entire arena on the day of your booking. Payment is due when you book and you must provide a Certificate of Insurance or purchase insurance from the City.
