Learning English

Communicating in a shared language helps you connect to your community by building social relationships, navigating daily interactions, understanding local culture and improving self-confidence. Learning English is an important part of settling successfully in Brantford or Brant County. Most people here speak English, but Canada is a bilingual country, and both English and French are official languages. As such, learning French is also a valuable skill.
