City Council to consider proposed By-law to close Pipe Street permanently

The public is advised that a By-law to close Pipe Street permanently will be considered at the upcoming City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.

Members of the public are invited to appear as a delegation by registering to participate via Zoom or over the telephone or in person. Should you wish to appear as a delegation to speak to the By-law, it is a requirement that you register by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.

Delegations attending in person must continue to register per the City of Brantford Procedural By-law. Please complete the delegation request form to participate in the meeting.

To register via Zoom, members of the public must visit the calendar event associated with the meeting which can be found on the City Council calendar and click the unique registration link for the meeting. Upon completion of the registration form, a member of the City Clerk’s Office will contact you to confirm your registration.

To register to participate via the telephone, please call 519-759-4150 ext. 5358 prior to 9:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. If necessary, please leave a voicemail including your name, phone number and meeting date. A member of Staff will reach out to complete your registration.
