Social housing providers (non-profit and cooperative) offer quality, affordable housing to “rent-geared-to-income” households and market households. Social housing providers are required to amend their policies and procedures in accordance with mandatory notices if they are not already in compliance.

Brantford-Brant Stay Housed Initiative

The City of Brantford Housing Stability team is launching a pilot project to offer case management supports to tenants at risk of eviction. This project aims to help maintain tenancies in the community. Staff will provide support for a variety of concerns.
