Brantford celebrates Transit Operator and Worker Appreciation Day

Brantford Lift and Brantford Transit Buses

BRANTFORD, ON – The City of Brantford is pleased to celebrate Transit Operator and Worker Appreciation Day held March 18th across Canada to recognize the vital service our transit staff provide.

This week, we invite the public to give our Transit staff a friendly wave to say thank you for keeping Brantford moving safely and efficiently every day.

Like many essential workers during the pandemic, transit workers have been on the front lines throughout the crisis and shown resilience, courage, and dedication to our community to keep our city moving. From drivers to maintenance crews, mechanics, dispatchers and others who have kept our communities running safely, we are very grateful for the important service our transit employees provide.
