Temporary Detour of Route 8 to begin May 23, 2023

Route 8 will experience temporary detours from May 23 to September 3, 2023. The following bus stops will be impacted:

  • Bus stop 666 will have no service
  • Bus stop 667 will have no service
  • Bus stop 668 will have no service
  • Bus stop 669 will have no service
  • Bus stop 898 will have no service
  • Bus stop 671 will have no service
  • Bus stop 672 will have no service

Regular service will resume on September 3, 2023, unless construction is completed sooner.

Route 8 Detour Details

Brantford Transit is detouring buses left on Oxford Street, right on King George Road, right on Queensway, and back to the regular route. Please expect some delays.
