Woodman Pool reopens for the season this weekend

Brantford, ON – The City of Brantford is pleased to announce that the recently renovated Woodman Pool will open for weekends starting this Saturday, June 7, 2025. Woodman Pool, located at 491 Grey Street, features a heated 25-metre pool with shallow and deep water, accessible ramp and a fun water bucket splash feature kids will love! 

On Saturdays and Sundays from June 7 to 29, 2025, enjoy Public Swims from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Family Swims from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., and Length Swims from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Woodman pool will be open daily starting on June 28, 2025 until Labour Day, Monday, September 1, 2025. Additional swims will be offered Monday to Friday, including a Public Swim from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Family Swim from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Length Swims from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Aquafit pool fitness classes will be offered Wednesdays from July 3 to August 28, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Woodman Pool will also be open during holidays, including Canada Day (Tuesday, July 1, 2025), Civic Holiday (Monday, August 4, 2025), and Labour Day (Monday, September 1, 2025) for a Public Swim from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Family Swim from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. and Length Swim from 10:30 am. to 12:30 p.m.
