Meetings of Brantford City Council

The City of Brantford’s top priority is the health and safety of our citizens, the cancellation and adjustment to these meetings is consistent with the advice provided by Public Health Canada to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

With the enhanced health and safety measures the City is currently taking to assist in reducing the spread of COVID-19, including promoting social distancing and the cancellation of non-essential services, the City Clerk’s office is effectively cancelling all Advisory Committee and Task Force meetings until April 5, 2020. Meetings scheduled beyond April 5, 2020 will be reassessed as the situation continues to unfold.

The City Council meeting on March 25, 2020 will proceed with a reduced Agenda.  All presentations and proclamations will be rescheduled to a later date. The City will make every effort to make the meeting available to the public for viewing online.

The public is encouraged to e-mail the Clerks Department at clerks@brantford.ca with any questions.
