The City and local Neighbourhood Associations offer free Summer Movies in the Park

People outdoors for Movies in the Park

BRANTFORD, ON – The City of Brantford, together with local Neighbourhood Associations, will be offering free Movies in the Park to residents this summer at dusk. Attendees can enjoy family-friendly movie screenings at some of Brantford’s favourite community parks each Wednesday from July 12 to August 30. In addition, two special Friday evening movies will be offered on September 8 and 15, 2023, weather permitting.

“There is something wonderful about watching a movie outdoors under the stars in one of our many beautiful parks in the city,” says Jennifer Middleton, Supervisor of Special Events for the City of Brantford. “We’re grateful to the local Neighbourhood Associations for their continued support and dedication and to all the sponsors who contribute to these free events again this summer.”

Attendees will want to bring a lawn chair and blanket and arrive early to participate in pre-show activities.
